Our Raspberry Cheesecake Milkshake offers a fun twist on the traditional milkshakes. Lightened-up with skim milk, low-fat cream cheese and frozen raspberries, this milkshake offers not only nutritional benefits like calcium, protein and fiber, but also tastes great! 

Raspberry Cheesecake Milkshakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (or Kemps Frozen Yogurt)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 2 oz. reduced fat cream cheese  
  • Optional toppings: fresh raspberries, graham crackers and whip cream  

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with optional toppings and enjoy!

 

Yield: 4 servings

Not able to tolerate dairy? No worries! Our Cocoa-Nut Milkshake mixes creamy coconut milk products with rich cocoa to make out-of-this-world delicious (and dairy free) milkshakes.

Ingredients

 

 Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with optional toppings and enjoy!
