- Prepare guacamole: Cut both avocados in half and remove pits. Spoon out avocado pulp into a small bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher until slightly chunky. Stir in ¼ cup salsa and lime juice
- Reserve 1 Tbsp. each of olives and cheese. On a 10- or 12-inch square platter, layer, in order: refried beans, olives, yogurt, salsa, cheese, and guacamole. Garnish with reserved olives and cheese.
- Serve with sliced raw vegetables and/or whole grain tortilla chips.
