Fruit and Overnight Oatmeal Smoothie

We’ve all heard time and again that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But what happens on those mornings when you don’t have 10–15 minutes to sit down at the table and grab a bite to eat? Take a smoothie to-go, of course!

This Fruit & Oatmeal Smoothie is no ordinary smoothie. Yes, as it’s name suggests, this smoothie actually has oats in it! The oats and yogurt in this smoothie are a powerful combo, providing protein and fiber to fuel your morning. And, with just enough sweetness from strawberries and banana, this is one satisfying smoothie that is sure to keep hunger at bay!
