Another thing that makes me very happy is that dark chocolate has some pretty great health benefits. Dark chocolate is also known as “bittersweet” or “semisweet” chocolate and contains a higher percentage of cocoa solids and minimal added sugar. The higher the percentage of cacao (or cocoa solids), the darker (and more healthful) the chocolate! This week’s pick, Nestlé® Toll House® Dark Chocolate Morsels, is packed with flavanols, which are found in the cocoa solids.
