Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowls
2 large ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
4 Tbsp. peanut butter
4 soft dates, pitted*
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
½ cup rolled oats (gluten free oats for gluten free)
2 cups Kemps® Organic milk, divided
Mini chocolate chips
- Place frozen bananas, peanut butter, dates, cocoa powder and milk into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into bowls. Top with favorite toppings and enjoy!
Yield: 2 servings
*If dates are not very soft, soak in warm water for 10 minutes and drain.
