Can coffee, the lifeblood of life, get any better? It can! With booze, of course. Irish coffee is an incredible addition to any dessert or brunch. Here's one of our favorite recipes from our friends at Cameron's Coffee:
PREP TIME: 2 min
COOK TIME: 7 min
MAKES: 1 serving
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Irish cream liqueur
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Irish whiskey
1 cup hot brewed coffee – recommend a nice, rich, dark roast, like Cameron’s Jamaica Blue Mountain, French Roast, or Velvet Moon
1 tablespoon homemade whipped cream
1 dash ground nutmeg
In a coffee mug, combine Irish cream and Irish whiskey.
Fill mug with coffee.
Top with a dab of whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
