Do you ever wish you could have dessert for breakfast? Well now you can with Almond Butter Chocolate Chia Pudding! Full of chocolate-y, almond butter flavor, you’d never know that these decadent, homemade pudding cups are packed with nutrition.
Almond Butter Chocolate Chia Pudding
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Optional Toppings: Banana slices, chocolate chips and extra almond butter
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined.
- Divide between two serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight
- Serve chilled with optional toppings.
