Cold beverages and tasty appetizers are a must-have for any get together. We took our favorite appetizers and transformed them into air fryer recipes. The result? Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ¼-inch thick sticks
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 8 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. 
  3. Lightly spray the fryer basket with oil. Place half the fries in the basket, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time. Repeat with remaining fries. 
  4. Serve immediately with favorite dipping sauce.

Air Fryer Pickles

Air Fryer Pickles

Ingredients:

  • 32 oz. jar whole large dill pickles
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup plain bread crumbs
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ tsp. dried dill weed

Directions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Slice pickles into ¼-inch thick slices. Place between layers of paper towel and pat dry. 
  3. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs until smooth. 
  4. In a separate shallow bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan and dill weed until well combined. 
  5. In small batches, dip pickle slices into egg mixture, shake off excess egg and then dip into bread crumb mixture until well combined. 
  6. Lightly spray the fryer basket with oil. 
  7. Cook half the pickle chips in the air fryer for 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Repeat with remaining pickles. 
  8. Serve immediately with favorite dipping sauce.

Air Fryer Cheese Curds

Air Fryer Cheese Curds

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. nonfat milk
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 lb. cheese curds

Directions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Place flour in a shallow bowl and set aside. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined; set aside. Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl and set aside.
  3. In small batches, dip cheese curds into flour, shake off excess flour and then dip into egg mixture. Shake off excess egg and then dip into bread crumbs, making sure all surfaces are covered. 
  4. Lightly spray the fryer basket with oil. 
  5. Cook cheese curds in small batches for 6 minutes, turning halfway through. Repeat with remaining cheese curds. 
  6. Serve immediately with favorite dipping sauce.
