Friends, it's time to get impressive. That's why we're throwing a party with our 12 Roasts of Christmas special. No matter what kind of event, no matter who's coming - we've got just the roast to get everyone around the table talking.

Grand Rib Roast

Our USDA Choice, Grand Rib Roast is perfectly paired with Festival exclusive herbs and spices. Packed with flavor, this cut makes the perfect Christmas Roast. When cooking this slice you will want the part of the meat with the bones to face the pan. 


Boneless Beef Rib Roast

This cut is loaded with marbling which means it’s packed with flavor. For roasting in the oven make sure the meat does not touch the bottom of the pan. Side note - a roasting pan makes this job easier.


USDA Choice Beef Chuck Roast

This cut of meat is best in a pot roast with vegetables and stock all around it.  This roast has a rich, beefy flavor and is ideal for slow cooking to tenderize.


USDA Choice Beef Burgundy Pepper Spoon Roast

The Burgundy Pepper Spoon Roast is a ball tip roast marinated in our burgundy pepper marinade that flavors and tenderizes. The result is the leanness of a sirloin but so tender you can cut it with a spoon. Many say it tastes like prime rib but without the prime rib price! Best grilled or baked yet it can be prepared in a crock pot with all your favorite vegetables. Each Choice sirloin beef bottom tip roast (2 to 4 lbs.) is tumbled in our marinade for 30 minutes and then dusted with a sprinkling of vegetable pepper medley topical seasoning. This cut is also available plain in the self-service case.


Trimmed Beef Tenderloin Roast

Beef tenderloin is a quality cut of meat and very versatile in cooking. It is very tender and buttery to cut into; hence the name tenderloin. Perfect for a special occasion or a large gathering.


Boneless Pork Tender Roast

Festival Foods' delicious marinated Pork Tender Roasts are easy to prepare in the oven, and they're packed with delicious flavoring.


Grass Run Farms Top Round Roasts

This cut is perfect for roasting and even braising. When serving this roast you’ll want to slice thin against the grain. 


Pork Crown Roast

For cooking a crown roast you will want to keep the bone ends up. Cover the bones as well to maintain the color when cooking. The safe internal pork cooking temperature is 145 degrees F.
