Santa Fe

Premium Chicken Fillets are dipped in milk and then coated in our Santa Fe seasoned Panko bread crumbs. They grill up crispy and tender as the Santa Fe flavored coating not only adds extra flavor but also helps seal in the moisture. You'll love them!

1. Oven

Settings and timing

Bake or broil. If you choose this method, place the fillets flat on a nonstick baking sheet with a lip. Spray the tops of the fillets with a butter-flavored pan spray. Bake for approximately 6-9 minutes at 400°F. Then turn the fillets over and bake for an additional 6-9 minutes.

2. Stove Top

Settings and timing

This is the best method. Pan sear the fillets on medium-high heat with a small amount of cooking oil. Make sure to use a pan that allows enough room for the fillets to lay flat. Cook for approximately 6-9 minutes per side.

Chef's tip

Serve with seasoned potatoes, seasoned hashbrowns and fried eggs (these make fantastic breakfast entrées!), French fries, mashed potatoes, oriental noodles, pad thai or stir-fried veggies.
