The Lemon Pepper Pork Tender Roast is a boneless pork loin roast specially tumbled in a subtle lemon and pepper marinade for about 30 minutes to fully flavor and tenderize it. Great baked, grilled, or cooked in a crock pot.

1. Oven

Preheat oven to 325°F. Place roast in shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into center of the meat. Roast in a 325°F oven for 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 hours. Remove from oven and cover. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

2. Grilling

Glisten with cooking oil to brown or until juice is running clear. Cook indirectly and slowly for the most tender and juicy experience.
