Mom's Meatloaf has been passed down for generations in the Skogen family. It's a timeless blend of beef and pork with pork sausage seasoning, eggs, onions, crackers and milk - absolutely delicious! 

Plus, this recipe makes the best meatballs you've ever tasted, and the leftovers make great meatloaf sandwiches for the lunch box.

Type of heat

Bake or broil. Mom's Meatloaf is oven ready! Simply bake at 350°F for approximately 1-1/2 hours. Some use a foil tent while baking.

Chef's tips

There are a million and one fun ways to “play with your food” with this classic recipe as your starting point.

Here are just a few…..

Top with barbeque sauce and bacon before baking.

Make patties and grill them for “meatloaf burgers.”

Make 2” thick patties, wrap them with turkey bacon, and bake for a meatloaf mignon.

Mix in your favorite steak sauce before baking to create a zippy meat loaf.

Blend in some roasted chilis, black beans, frozen corn and taco seasoning mix for a southwestern meatloaf. Top with sour cream and chopped green onions when it comes out of the oven.
