The Grill Burger is a 1/2 lb patty made from 90% lean Ground Round and Ground Sirloin that makes a great burger that does not grill or fry away. How do you like yours ... with a thick slice of tomato, onions, a leaf of lettuce, mayo, ketchup and spicy mustard? Thick and meaty is the Grill Burger way to go! It's only available in our service meat case.

Servings per pound: 2 to 4

1. Oven

Bake or broil. These work well baked at 375-400°F for 10-15 minutes or until desired doneness.

2. Grill

Direct heat is best unless cooking to well done. Then start with direct heat until a nice brown is achieved and then move to indirect heat to finish. This will help retain the juiciness.

Settings and timing

Cook 6-12 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. The finger test does not work well with burgers.

Chef's tips

Seasoning: A little of your favorite seasoned salt is a nice enhancer. Add some garden fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and your favorite condiments. Absolutely a classic!

3. Stove Top

Start with medium high heat and then turn down to medium if cooking to well done.
